INFORMATION ON RENTING THE DEPOT

The depot is available to rent for weddings, business meetings, art shows, fundraisers, receptions, private events, reunions, birthdays, etc.

Reservations can be made for any day of the week any time of year.  The rental schedule below shows which dates are available.

  • Rental rates are based on the date, number of guests, and the type of event. Please email for a quote.

  • The depot is rented by the day or weekend.

  • You may bring food and drink or hire the caterer of your choice to serve meals or provide a cash bar to your guests.

  • The depot does not have a sound system.

  • Full payment is required to lock in a reservation.

  • A damage deposit in the same amount as the rental rate is required at time of rental.

  • The park surrounding the depot is a city park and can be reserved separately through the Laramie Parks Department. Click here to read more about Laramie’s Depot Park.

VENUE SPECIFICS

The venue includes the following amenities:

  • 18 five-foot round tables, each seating 8 comfortably, or up to 10 for tighter and more compact arrangements

  • 4 five-foot rectangular tables, seating four to six people comfortably, depending on the setup and arrangement.

  • 12 six-foot rectangular tables, seating 6 to 8 people comfortably—3 on each side, with optional seating at each end.

  • 10 cocktail tables – Perfect high-top style tables for socializing, ideal for those not intending to sit for long periods.

  • Approximately 160 high-quality, fine dining-style chairs that perfectly complement the historical ambiance of the depot.

  • A fully equipped food preparation kitchen with sinks, a refrigerator/freezer, two microwaves, and ample counter space.
