OUR MISSION
The mission of the Laramie Historic Railroad Depot Association is to preserve Albany County's railroad heritage, to educate and promote the importance of the railroad to the history, culture and economic development of the local area, the State of Wyoming, the nation, and to preserve this history for posterity.
The primary objectives of the Laramie Railroad Depot Association and its Board shall be to facilitate this mission through:
Restoration, maintenance, and preservation of the Depot and its artifacts at First and Kearney Streets, Laramie, Wyoming.
Developing compatible reuse of the Depot to sustain it as a self-sufficient entity, including, where possible, interpretative exhibits that promote Laramie’s railroad heritage.
Beautification of the Depot property to contribute to the historic downtown Laramie streetscape.
